What If Losing Weight Didn’t Mean Starting Over Every Monday?
You’ve done it all:
- You’ve yo-yo dieted – only to regain even more weight from restrictive, low calorie diets that left you hungry and craving more.
- You’re “good” all day… but after a stressful workday, convenience wins and evenings turn into takeout or snacking.
- You struggle to stay consistent when travel, social events, busy weeks, or life interruptions happen.
- You’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, Ideal Protein, Noom, or tracking apps – but none of it felt sustainable in real life.
- You feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and end up overthinking what to eat.
- You restrict certain foods or label them as “bad” – then feel guilty when you eat them, which can turn into an all-or-nothing cycle.
- Perhaps you’ve had a wake up call – a milestone birthday, a health concern, or simply the realization that after putting yourself last for years, something needs to change.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
You don’t need more willpower. You need a better system.
We’re Registered Dietitians who have worked with hundreds of high-achieving, busy professionals just like you.
Managers, executives, business owners, healthcare professionals, tech workers, teachers, lawyers, students, and parents –
Who feel time-poor, mentally overloaded, and frustrated that weight loss still feels harder than it should.

You’re Not Just Looking for a
Lower Number on the Scale
Does this sound familiar?
Confidence & Identity
- You avoid certain clothes, photos, social events, and activities, because you don’t feel as comfortable or confident.
- You’ve gradually gained weight over the years and no longer recognize yourself.
Energy & Family Life
- You get through the workday feeling drained, with little energy left for yourself or your family – and the cycle repeats.
- You want to be able to keep up with your kids as they grow up – and to model healthy habits for them or a future family.
Health & Peace of Mind
- Food and weight take up too much mental space – what to eat, what to avoid, and what you “should” be doing.
- You worry about your long-term health and want to avoid medication – especially if diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, or heart disease run in your family.
- Low energy, breathlessness, or joint discomfort can make everyday activity feel harder than it used to.
What if you didn’t just lose weight – but built the habits, skills, and mindset to keep it off?
This isn’t a quick fix or another set of rules to follow.
It’s a structured, supportive process designed to help you build lasting habits, confidence, and consistency.

Our 4S Framework for Sustainable Weight Loss
It takes more than knowing what to eat. Our 4S framework helps you build the habits, structure, and systems needed to maintain your progress in real life.
1. Shift
Change how you think about food. Move beyond all-or-nothing thinking, restriction, guilt, restricting carbs, and feeling like one imperfect meal means you’ve “blown it.”
Develop a healthier relationship with food with more flexibility, confidence, and less guilt or second-guessing.
2. Structure
Get clarity without strict rules. Learn what to eat, how much to eat, and how to structure your meals through clear nutrition targets and flexible guidelines.
Develop enough structure to make progress – while still having the flexibility to adapt to real life.
3. Systems
Build simple strategies that work in real life. We teach you how to plan for long workdays, stress, travel, eating out, family meals, and social events.
These systems reduce decision fatigue and make it easier to stay consistent – especially when life happens.
4. Sustain
Build the skills needed to maintain your progress long term. The goal is not simply to lose weight for a few months, then regain it back.
It’s to help you feel confident maintaining the lifestyle changes to keep it off and move forward independently.

Ready to Stop Starting Over and Build Something That Lasts?
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I Get A Meal Plan?
Yes. You’ll receive a custom meal plan built around your dietary preferences, cultural foods, cooking ability, and health goals.
That said, our goal isn’t simply to teach you how to follow a meal plan. We use it as a practical starting point for structure and recipe ideas while helping you build the skills to eat confidently in real life – including when dining out, travelling, attending social events, or grabbing food on the go.
Can I Still Eat Out, Travel, And Enjoy Social Events?
Absolutely. This isn’t a crash diet. The program is designed for real life – not justwhen conditions are perfect.
Your dietitian will help you build the skills to navigate situations such as eating out, takeout, travel, holidays, busy days, and social events while still making progress toward your goals.
The goal is to help you create a way of eating that feels flexible, realistic, and sustainable long-term – not a restrictive diet you have to “start over” every time life gets busy.
What Makes This Different From Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Ideal Protein, Weight Watchers, Noom, Or Tracking Apps?
Most clients come to us after having tried one or a few of these. These approaches can provide structure and help create a calorie deficit – but it may not teach you how to eat outside of these rules, or address why consistency breaks down during stress, travel, busy weeks, eating out, emotional eating, or changes in routine.
Our approach goes beyond simply telling you what to eat. We combine personalized nutrition guidance, behaviour change strategies, practical systems, education, and ongoing accountability from a Registered Dietitian.
The goal is to help you build a way of eating that works in real life – including busy workdays, eating out, travel, stress, and social events – so you’re not dependent on a diet, meal delivery service, app, or set of rules forever.
How Much Weight Can I Realistically Expect To Lose?
A common rate of weight loss is around 0.5 – 1.5 pounds per week, though this varies from person to person.
Your rate of progress can depend on factors such as your starting point, activity level, consistency, sleep, health history, medications, and life stage. Some people may lose weight faster at times, while others may progress more gradually.
More importantly, the goal is not just to lose weight quickly – it’s to build the skills and habits that help you prevent weight regain long after the program ends.
Can The Program Support Menopause, PCOS, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Or Gut Health?
Yes. Alongside weight loss, your Registered Dietitian can tailor your nutrition plan to support other health concerns and goals – including menopause, PCOS, insulin resistance, blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, gut health, low energy, and muscle gain.
Your recommendations are personalized based on your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
Are Registered Dietitian Services Covered By Insurance?
Many extended health benefit plans in Canada cover Registered Dietitian services. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking directly with your provider. Diet Redefined provides receipts for reimbursement where eligible.
What Happens During The Complimentary Session?
The complimentary session is a 20-minute, no-pressure conversation. We discuss your goals, challenges you’re facing, what you’ve tried in the past, and the type of support you’re looking for. We’ll also explore whether the program may be a good fit.
If it is, we’ll walk you through the next steps. If not, we’ll help point you in the right direction.
Ready for Weight Loss to Feel More Sustainable?
You don’t need more information – there’s plenty out there.
You need clarity, structure, and a lifestyle change you can stick to long-term – even when life gets busy.
