Meet Our Registered Dietitian Team

Registered Dietitian Helen Tieu sipping a matcha latte at a cafe

Helen is the founder of Diet Redefined, a Registered Dietitian who empowers busy professionals to lose weight in a sustainable way – without restricting food or their lifestyle.

After working with hundreds of high-achieving professionals, she began to notice the same pattern. They weren’t struggling because they lacked discipline. They struggled because their approach was cookie-cutter, restrictive, and simply didn’t fit their lifestyle. The more they restricted, the more it backfired in the long run.

Our goal is not to help you to lose weight for 6 months – and then regain it all back.

Our goal is to help you to lose weight for life. So you don’t just learn how to follow a meal plan. You understand how to make informed food choices in real life – while still being able to eat out, travel, enjoy carbs, and have a social life. All while progressing towards your weight loss goals and maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

Yes – you can have your cake, and eat it too (literally!)

If you’re tired of putting yourself last, and feel ready to invest in yourself to make lasting lifestyle changes – let’s connect.
